Retention schedule

Active accounts retain data while service is provided. Locked accounts may be retained for a limited operational/legal window, then deleted according to policy.

Demo data handling

Demo accounts are temporary. Demo data may be automatically deleted at expiration or logout.

User export rights

Users can export available account data from in-app export tools when account access is active.

Auditability

Security and operational events may be logged to support fraud prevention, incident response, and lawful investigations.

Law enforcement and legal process

We respond to valid legal requests as required by applicable law, including Oklahoma law and binding legal process.

Business accounts and tenant separation

Data access is logically scoped by account and organization membership in application controls. Operators should still implement infrastructure-level protections and backups.

Operator obligations

The service operator is responsible for production hardening, key management, incident response, and legal compliance in jurisdictions where users are served.
